GIST Technology Inc. (“GIST”, "us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.gistapp.co website and the GIST App mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

Registration and Profile
To register for the Service and create a GIST account (“Account”), we collect certain personal information that you provide to us, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number and address.
Login Credentials
When registering for our Service, you may use your email login credentials to link your email accounts with your GIST Account. You may also use your email login credentials to link your Account with certain online retailers, service providers or other merchant accounts.
Transaction and Purchase Information
By registering for the Service, you authorize us to access your linked email accounts, use an automated process to scan and analyze the contents of the linked email accounts on an ongoing basis (including from past and future emails) for the purpose of identifying emails relating to your transactions and purchases (your “Purchases”) with online retailers, service providers or other merchants. Once identified, information relating to your Purchases is then extracted from your emails, copied, retained and used by us so that you may access and use this information in the Service. This information may include your name, merchant names, products and quantity purchased, price and other relevant transaction data. If you link your Account with other online merchant accounts, you authorize us to access, download, copy and use your information about your Purchases and related transaction information, so that you may access and use this information in the Service. If you make online purchases through a link on the Service, we may collect and store that Purchase information.
User Content
When you use the Service, you may create, upload, publish, display, link to or otherwise make available content or other information on the Service, such as image collections of Purchases (known as “GISTS”) and comments regarding your Purchases or the GISTS or Purchases of other Users (collectively, “User Content”). Your User Content becomes public information once you post it in a public area of the Service, may be accessed by us or other Users, and we may store such information.
We may use your Personal Data as described in the “Use of Data” section below. In addition, we may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

GIST retains your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. We retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
GIST also retains Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
