This is the first time I’ve used pre-workout but I love this one! I use it not only before a workout, but whenever I need mental focus. I put them in my fruit smoothies just for an extra boost of energy & I love the flavor. I definitely have seen a difference in my physique because it also helps with weight management, but it also satisfies my cravings, and pumps me up to workout. Loving it so far and now I’m a pre-workout gal!
